Here's How to Get Started at Liquid Metal
STEP 1 — Create Your Account
Head to our booking system (Arketa) and create your free account. It takes about two minutes. You'll sign your waiver here too. No paper, no clipboard, no awkward front desk moment.

STEP 2 — Grab the Intro Offer
The button below will take you to the page where you'll purchase the Intro offer for $40. This gives you access to any 2 classes at our studio.

STEP 3 — Pick Your Class & Book Your Spot
Browse the schedule, find a class time that works for you, and hit Sign Up. You'll get a confirmation email immediately.
A few things worth knowing before you show up:
— New to pole? Book Beginner Foundations as your first class.
— Classes fill up. Book your spot in advance.
— Show up 10 minutes before class starts, students more than 10 minutes late may not be allowed entry.
— You'll need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit.

Not Sure Where to Start? Start Here.
Beginner Pole
Beginner Pole Foundations is where you begin. We cover basic spins, grip, body position, and how to actually climb a pole without panicking. This is where everyone starts. No experience required. Offered 2-3 times weekly.
High Beginner Pole
You've got about 3-6 months of beginner pole classes under your belt, you can confidently climb all the way up the pole and do some basic moves without hesitation. Unsure if you're there? Call or message us and we can determine if you're ready to level up!
Beginner Lvl 1 Pole Heels Dance/Choreo
This is where you learn to move like you mean it. Floorwork, heels technique, and choreography designed for complete beginners. Come as you are — leave with a whole new walk.
FAQ's
A Few Things People Always Ask.
None whatsoever. Our beginner classes are built for people who have never touched a pole. You don't need to be strong, flexible, or coordinated. You just have to show up.
For your first class, come in shorts and a short sleeve top, as you will need skin exposure to help your body stick to the pole. NO body lotion please! Socks or bare feet are fine. Please remove all hand and foot jewelry (no metal as it scratches the poles).
If you're a complete beginner we recommend dancing in bare feet or socks. Once you gain more experience you're welcome to wear heels in any of our classes. Come as you are!
Cancel at least 24 hours before class to hold onto your credit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the class. Log into your account to cancel your class anytime.

5 Class Monthly Membership $140/month
Five classes per month, billed automatically. Save $30 compared to dropping in. Requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you can pause for travel or life as needed. Does not include workshops or events. Best for: students who like a consistent weekly practice.
Unlimited VIP Monthly Membership
$300/month
Unlimited access to every class, every week, as many times as you want. Plus $10 off all workshops and events, priority booking for intensives, and no contracts. Cancel anytime. Best for: the student who's fully in. If you're coming to at least 2 classes a week, this pays for itself.
